All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of receiving merchandise for exchange or store credit only. MTB does not offer refunds at this time. An electronic gift card, not including shipping cost, will be emailed to you within 5 business days. MTBreserves the right to refuse any items that do not have tags, signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, alterations, or misuse, smell of smoke, or damage. All shoes must be in original box. Please do not ship shoe boxes back with labels directly on the box. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

All sale items 30% or more are final sale. All personal items such as bras, socks, & swimwear along with jewelry cannot be returned for store credit or exchange.
